With this philosophy in mind, Brett & Liz Flatters formed Staying in Touch in July 1995 to assist business people, organisations and professionals to be happier and more successful by building stronger relationships with their existing clients and promote their products and services better to attract new customers.

While the company operates in both Perth and Collie in Western Australia they attract customers from a much broader market: throughout the Perth metropolitan area, in regional WA - particularly the south west, in most states across Australia, and have even had a small number of international clients.

Over the years Staying in Touch has won a number of awards including WA Small Business of the Year from SWAP Australia and in the North West Metro BankWest Small Business Awards the Quality Customer Service Award.

Today their small, talented team still offers a personalised, friendly service and are genuinely interested in helping you to improve your business. Their specialist skills encompass marketing, strategic planning, advertising, graphic design, website design, writing copy and photography.
